I got one of the Elite Challenges done earlier that usual this month. You can see the 3 challenges for the month of May as well as the contributors HERE
This is the sketch challenge I used
And this is my contribution. Again, I have turned the sketch sideways to suit the stamp set I was using. I don’t know where this colour scheme came from, It’s so not my colours. But I really like how it turned out. Would have like some ribbon on there, but didn’t have any handy. These colours are from the Haiku Designer Series Paper pack. The colours for the pack include Tangerine Tango, old Olive, More Mustard and So Saffron.
I have used the markers to colour the words different shades, as well as giving the tips of the flowers the darker shade. The camera doesn’t pick up the pastels I used on the edge of the cardstock, but it does help to blend everything in when you look at it in real life.
